It is not legal, safety, or compliance advice, and it does not create any advisory or contractual relationship. MSHA regulations change; verify any citation against the current Code of Federal Regulations and consult MSHA or a qualified professional for your specific situation.
USTP’s training services do not guarantee regulatory approval, inspection results, or freedom from citations. Each mine operator remains responsible for its own MSHA-approved training plan and compliance.
